高青樊107联合站污水处理技术应用研究

摘    要:根据胜利油田樊107区块低渗透油藏注水开发的需要,开展了高青樊107联合站污水处理技术研究,与辽宁华孚环境工程‘有限公司联合研发了一套适合樊107区块注水水质指标的污水处理工艺设备。结合高青樊107区块的地质特点、注水水质指标要求,介绍污水处理室内试验研究、工艺流程、工艺设备选型、现场试验、存在问题和整改措施。

Abstract:According to the requirement to solve low penetration reservoir exploitation situation with water injection in Block Fan No. 107 of Shengli Oilfield, we studied the oily water treatment technology to use in Block Fan No. 107, and developed a set of oily water treatment unit suitable for injection water quality of Block Fan No. 107 with the cooperation of Liaoning Huafu Environmental Engineering Co. ,Ltd. This article gives the geological characters and injection water index of Block Fan No. 107, and introduces the laboratory test, process flow, process equipments model selection and site test of oily water treatment as well, together with problems encountered and measurements taken.
