| 摘 要： | 学风建设是高校教育工作中的一个重要内容。本文针对大学一年级新生在学习中存在的一些问题,结合自身作为新生班主任的工作经验,探索了加强学风建设的思路和方法。比如明确学习目标,加强班级学风队伍建设,组建学习小组,严肃考风考纪。这些方法在实施过程中取得了明显的成效,为创建高校优良学风提供了新的途径。

| Abstract: | The construction of the study style was an important part m cm~eg~~ a,,u ~ - freshman learning problems and combining with the work experience, the train of thought and method of strengthening the construction of study style were explored. These methods involved clearing learning objectives and strengthening the team construction of class atmosphere to form a study group, enforcing examination discipline. These methods achieved remarkable results and provided a new way to create the fine style of study. |
