摘    要:主油泵中心预留高度及推力瓦间隙调整是主油泵安装工艺中重要的数据,不加区别地将这些数据应用在现场将对机组造成巨大的安全隐患。针对现有文献对主油泵中心预留高度和推力瓦推力间隙的应用范围介绍不明确的情况,从主油泵找中心的原理着手,分析了主蒸汽进汽位置、1号瓦处保温情况及轴封漏汽等因素,确定了主油泵中心标准;从机组运行安全性出发,根据机组型式确定了主油泵推力瓦推力间隙的范围。实践证明,该方法能够提高机组运行的安全性,并降低检修维护成本。

Abstract:The preparatory height of main oil pump center and gap adjustment of thrust pad are two important data during the installation of main oil pump. It will be dangerous for the turbo-generator unit if we use the two data without selection. Since there is no specific introduction about the application field of the preparatory height of main oil pump center and thrust gap adjustment of thrust pad, based on the principle of how to adjust the center, the inlet position of main steam and the heat preservation condition near No.1 pad and the gland leakage etc were analyzed, the standard of the main oil pump center was given. For the safe operation of the steam turbine, the gap scale of the thrust gas of main oil pump was confirmed according to the type of the unit. Practice shows that this way could improve the safety of the unit, and lower the maintenance cost of the unit.
