基于AutoCAD冲裁模线切割加工中的关键技术研究

摘    要:在当前冲裁模线切割的系统研究基础上,从网络特点出发,为解决系统中关键技术问题,把AutoCAD2000作为开发平台,采用可视化程序设计语言Visual C++6.0,利用伸缩步长法对非圆曲线进行直线逼近。对尖角不同的类型采取不同的保护措施,针对G指令与3B指令进行代码转换,以提高编程效率。

Abstract:On the basis of the current research on wire cutting of punching die,AutoCAD2000 platform and the visual programming language Visual C++ 6.0 were combined to improve the key technical problems in the system according to the network characteristics.The flexible-step method was used in the straight line approaching of non-circular curve.Different protective measures were applied for different types of cusp.And instructions were conversed between G code and 3B code to improve the programming efficiency.
