摘    要:在95%乙酰甲胺磷可溶性粒剂配方试验成功的基础上,通过对造粒设备、混合工艺等生产工艺的中试研究,得到95%乙酰甲胺磷可溶性粒剂工业化生产的造粒工艺。并结合成本核算,为95%乙酰甲胺磷可溶性粒剂的工业化生产提供了相应的工业参数。

Abstract:Granulation processes for the soluble granulates of 95% acephate, based on lab-scale experimental work, have been successfully scaled up by evaluating granulation equipment and investigating manufacture processes such as mixing process. Investment cost has been also evaluated, which provides key industrial parameters for commercialization.
