摘    要:大枣含有丰富的营养价值,作为我国药食兼用的食品之一,具有很好的保健功能。广泛受到人们的青睐。试验采用冷冻干燥法进行大枣粉的加工,并与其它不同干燥方法所加工的产品进行简单比较。试验证明,冷冻干燥法是一种比较好的方法。

Abstract:Chinese date is rich in nutrients.It is used in food and medicine and has functional properties.It is widely accepted.The experiment adopted the refrigerate drying method and the product obtained was compared with those by other drying methods.The results prove that refrigerate drying method is better than others.
