基于SJA1000的RS-232转DeviceNet模块的设计与实践

介绍一种利用单片机与SJA1000组成的RS-232转DeviceNet模块。该模块作为现场总线DeviceNet节点接口，一端连接在DeviceNet网络中，另一端通过串口与其它设备相连，实现了串口数据与网络数据之间的重组与转换，完成了串口转换为DeviceNet网络的接口功能，使得不具备DeviceNet网络接口的设备也可以很容易地通过串口连接到DeviceNet网络中。通过典型应用测试，论证了传输功能完全满足DeviceNet网络的实时性要求。

Design and Practice of SJA1000 Based Conversion Module from RS-232 to DeviceNet

A conversion module composed of single chip computer and SJA1000 is introduced. The conversion module from RS-232 to DeviceNet, is a node interface of the DcviceNet. One end was connected with DeviceNet, and another was connected with other equipments through serial port, so the recombination and conversion between serial data and network data were implemented. The interface function of conversion from serial port into DeviceNet was fulfilled, thus the equipment without DeviceNet interface can be easily connected into DeviceNet through serial port. The typical applied test shows that the transfer functions of the module meet the real time demands of DeviceNet.
