智能故障诊断技术的现状与展望

摘    要:智能故障诊断技术为保障现代复杂工程技术系统的可靠性和安全性开辟了新途径,非线性系统的故障诊断是该领域的热点与难点问题。其中,基于知识的故障诊断技术具有良好的发展前景,由基于规则的系统到基于混合模型的系统,由领域专家提供知识到机器学习,由非实时诊断到实时诊断,由单一推理控制策略到混合推理控制策略是基于知识的故障诊断系统的发展方向。

Abstract:The technology of intelligence fault diagnosis develops a new way for the reliability and safety of complicated industrial systems.The diagnosis in the nonlinear systems is the hot and difficult subject in this field.The knowledge based diagnosis will see a bright future.The promising orientations of knowledge based diagnosis may include:from the rule based system to the hybrid model based one,obtaining knowledge from domain expert ,s offering to the self learning of the machine itself,from the nonreal time diagnosis to the real time one,from the single inference control strategy to the hybrid inference control one.
