| Abstract: | Designing method for collimating and focusing bar semiconductor laser diode array beams is presented,new optical design of hybrid refractive/diffractive optical system is given.A practical designing example with the spreading angle of 3mrad～4mrad and the focusing spot less than 200μm. |
