纳米陶瓷块体的激光烧结成形实验研究

摘    要:基于激光熔覆技术,以纳米Al2O3粉体材料为研究对象,研究了纳米陶瓷块体材料制备的技术。研究结果表明,在所用的工艺参数下,能制备出Al2O3陶瓷块体,块体材料内部具有独特的组织结构,晶粒尺寸能保持在原纳米晶粒尺寸范围。与其他烧结方法相比,激光熔覆制备纳米块体材料在保持纳米晶粒不长大的情况下具有明显的优势。

Abstract:Fabrication of Nano-Al 2O 3 bulk materials by laser cladding technology with Nano-Al 2O 3 powder was achieved. The results show that the Nano-Al 2O 3 powder materials can be sintered to bulk materials with the proper processing parameters. The bulk material is compact and the grain size of it is less than 50nm, close to the original dimension of powder materials. Compared with other sintering methods, the nano-ceramic materials with the finer grain size and the higher density can be obtained by laser cladding technology.
