一种具有四遥功能RTU的设计与实现

介绍一种具有四遥功能的的远程终端单元RTU(Remote Terminal Unit),是构成SCADA系统的核心装置.它的输入模块可直接接受来自工业现场的强电信号或者控制现场的强电设备,并通过基于ModBus-RTU规约的RS-485总线把采集到的现场数据上传到远方监控计算机,并根据需要实时下发各种控制或调度指令.具有低成本、低功耗、多功能等特点,实际应用效果良好.

Design and Implementation of a Kind of RTU with the Function of Four Remotion

A kind of RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) with the function of four-remotion is introduced in this paper,which is the core equipment of SCADA system.The function of so-called four-remotion(remote measurement,remote communication,remote control,remote adjustment)is mainly used in the electric power system.The input and output modules can directly receive the high voltage signals from the industrial field or control the high voltage equipments of the field,and then transmit the field data to the remote monitoring computer through RS-485 fieldbus which is based on ModBus-RTU protocol.According to the demands,the computer can deliver various control or attempering commands to RTU.The RTU,whose core is the MCU of MSP430F149,has the characteristics of low cost,low power consuming,multi-function and so on.It shows good feasibility.
