摘    要:以聚乙烯醇和高铝水泥为基本原材料 ,采用剪切混炼、热压成型和干热养护等加工技术 ,制作了一种高抗折强度的无宏观缺陷 (MDF)水泥基复合材料 .研究了这种聚合物改性水泥基复合材料的力学性能与其组成、结构之间的关系 ,并探讨了聚合物的增强与增韧机理

Abstract:The high flexural strength macro defect free cement based composites made up of polyvinyl alcohol and high alumina cement were prepared by shear mixing, hot pressing and dry hot curing. The relationship among mechanical properties, components and structures of the cement based composites modified with polymer were studied. Moreover, mechanism of polymer increasing strength and toughness of the comoposites were discussed.
