| 摘 要： | 研究了基于场效应晶体管的DNA传感器。分析了DNA场效应晶体管的工作原理、测试电路、芯片加工和生物膜固定化方法,并用此种传感器对寡聚合苷酸序列进行了测试,得到了可行性的实验结果。同时讨论了测试中面临的问题和解决的方法,以及有待进一步研究的问题。

| Abstract: | DNA sensor based on FET is researched.The working principle of DNAFET,the test circuit,the chip processing and the immobilization method are analyzed.And using this sensor to test the hybridization of oligonucleotide,the feasible result has got.At the same time the problems in the process of test,the methods to resolve one and the problem to further investigate have been discussed. |
