| 摘 要： | 目前，我国正在大量兴建的山岭隧道工程都是按设计和规范要求进行监控量测的，但也存在观测不足、反馈不及时的问题，结果部分隧道发生塌方事故．鉴于目前隧道施工安全的严峻形势，加大对隧道施工监控量测的监管力度，建立和健全监控量测管理体系，加强隧道施工监控量测的监理．
