| 摘 要： | 校办产业是高校的重要组成部分，要搞好校办产业，就必须建立适应市场经济的现代企业制度，而现代企业制度的重点和着眼点是明晰产权关系.高校校办产业由于其自身的特殊性，其产权改革尤为重要.就高校校办产业的产权性质及一些普遍存在的现状，提出对产权改革的几点看法.

| Abstract: | Campus industry is an important integral part of colleges and uniuersities.A modern enterprise system ,adjudting to matket exonomy, whose focus is to make the relarion of its property right distinctive , must be constructed so as to run the campus industry well .The property right reform of campus industry in colleges and universities is vital because of its particularity.The nature and the status quo of the property right of campus industry in colleges and universties are briefly describle and some ideas about the property right reform are provided in this paper. |
