基于JSP技术中小企业客户管理系统开发

中小企业客户管理系统采用基于MVC设计模式的Struts技术,在Eclipse环境下,应用JAVA、JSP、Java Script等语言进行编码,并以Tomcat作为Web服务器。主要介绍了系统开发的整个流程即需求分析、系统设计、系统实现以及系统测试。系统应用JDBC技术把客户的各种对象信息保存到数据库中,以实现对信息的增、删、改、查操作。系统采用三层结构（表示层、业务层、数据访问层）,实现了基础信息维护、客户信息维护、客户服务、信息查询等模块的设计,并且各个模块都有其子模块以完成企业对客户管理的基本需求。

Small-Medium Enterprise Customer Management System Development Based on JSP Technique

The Customer Management System is based on MVC designed pattern. Under the Eclipse environment, JAVA, JSP, JAVASCRIPT...etc are adopted to write code. The sytem adopt Tomcat as the Web server. It is introduced the whole system developing process, requirement analysis, system design, system implementation, and system test. The JDBC technology is used to importing the various kinds of information to the database, the system implements the operations including adding, removing, changing, and selecting information. There are three levels of constructor in the system, which are expression level, business level, and data access level, the level scheme bdng the benefit about basic information maintenance, customer information maintenance, customer service, information selection, and achieving the basic requirements of the enterprise managing customer ,through the submodule.
