拜耳法赤泥中主要组分分离研究

摘    要:采用铵盐焙烧、水浸、酸浸等工艺对拜耳法赤泥进行处理,分离出了赤泥中的主要组分铁、铝、钙、硅,得到其相应的化合物:氧化铁、硫酸铝、石膏和水玻璃.研究了焙烧、水浸和酸浸工艺对拜耳法赤泥成分的影响,探索了从拜耳法赤泥中分离铁、铝、钙、硅的工艺方法和技术条件,分析了制备样品的化学成分和物相组成.

Research on separation of the main components in Bayer red mud

Abstract:The valuable metals: iron, aluminum, calcium, sodium and silicon, were separated from Bayer red mud by roasting with ammonium salt, water soaking, acid leaching etc. Their compounds such as ferric oxide, aluminum sulfate, gypsum and sodium silicate were obtained. Influences of the roasting, water soaking and acid leaching processes on composition of Bayer red mud were investigated. The technique and technological conditions of separating the iron, aluminum, calcium, sodium and silicon from Bayer red mud were explored. Compositions and the phases of the prepared samples were analyzed.
