摘    要:利用光学显微镱、扫描电镜和透射电镜对Zn-38%Al(质量分数)二元合金300℃的失稳分解组织进行了研究.结果表明,对称成分Zn-Al二元合金的失稳分解组织呈筏状.且随着保温时间的延长,只发生连续粗化,而不发生不连续粗化,不同于Cu-Ni-Fe合金的失稳分解组织特征及演变过程.连续粗化组织中的fcc富zn相尺寸与时间的1/2次方成正比,意味着粗化过程是由体扩散控制.

Stability of spinodal decomposition microstructure in the symmetrical Zn- AI alloy

Abstract:The spinodal decomposition microstructures in the Zn- 38% Al alloy (mass percent) were investigated at 300℃ by means of optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the spinodal decomposition microstmcture appears raft - like in the symmetrical Zn - Al alloy treated at 300℃. Only the continuous coarsening of spinodal microstructure occurs, and there is no discontinuous coarsening, which is different from the evolution and feature of spinodal microstructure in the Cu - Ni - Fe alloys. The relationship between size of Zn -rich phase with fcc structure and square root of holding time is linear, which means that the coarsening of spinodal microstructure is controlled by the bulk diffusion in the symmetrical Zn -Al alloy.
