| 摘 要： | 个人数据的有效保护不仅是相关产业发展的必需,亦是大数据时代我们参与国际政治、经济合作的必要条件。当前,国内个人数据保护的法律体系尚不完备,其中尤为迫切的包括个人数据的概念界定、个人数据权的定位、个人数据立法的位阶及其价值导向等问题。

| Abstract: | The protection of the personal data is necessary not only to the development of the relative industry, but also to international coorperation involved politics and economy during the period of big data. Currently ,the law system of personal data is not perfect ,and the concept of the personal data, the nature of the right to the protection of personal data ,the order and the standpoint of the law of the protection of personal data are all the urgent problems. |
