摘    要:锂离子电池厂生产环境中的湿度与产品质量关系重大。在现有的除湿方法中除湿转轮因有耗能少、设备简单、运行可靠、使用寿命长的优点,越来越受到欢迎。除湿转轮因其结构和材质不同,在除湿程度、使用寿命和工作效率等方面存在差异。作者以自身丰富的经验和专业知识为基础,分析了不同除湿转轮的特点,对如何评价除湿系统提出了实用的方法,并附有设计应用实例。

The method of evaluating dehumidifying system for the lithium-ion battery plant

Abstract:The humid level in Lithium-ion battery manufacturing enviroment plays a very important role in product's quality. Desiccant rotor systems are used more and more in this area, because they have many advantages, such as its simple system, energy saving, reliable operation, long running life, efficiency, etc. But these rotors perform differently in their dehumidifying capacity, operation time and efficiecy due to their different material and structures. Here describe the authors the characteristics of rotors, and provide their suggestions how to evaluate the dehumidifying system based on their profound knowledge and rich experience. A design example is attached to help the interpretation.
