摆剪齿轮箱轴承损坏原因分析与解决方法

摘    要:薄板坯连铸连轧生产线上摆剪传动齿轮箱高速轴轴承故障时有发生,轴承工作游隙不足是导致故障的根本原因。为了满足轴承刚度和游隙的双重需要,通过对高速轴的受力分析和计算,得出了某型号摆剪所用圆锥滚子轴承对合理的预紧力大小范围。通过调整端盖垫片的厚度,解决了轴颈尺寸超公差情况下,轴承预紧过度的问题。

Abstract:In the compact strip plant,it′s usually equipment with a pendulum shear.The bearings of gear-box for the shear are often breakage.It is because of the bearing′s working clearance is too small that the reason of bearing damage.In order to give the bearings a good rigidity and clearance,the paper analyzed the load of the high speed spindle.By computation,the tapered roller bearing′s pre-tighten force range has be given.By adjustment the pad′s thickness,eliminated the problem of clearance too small because of the neck dimension of the spindle large than the tolerance grade.
