In the compact strip plant,it′s usually equipment with a pendulum shear.The bearings of gear-box for the shear are often breakage.It is because of the bearing′s working clearance is too small that the reason of bearing damage.In order to give the bearings a good rigidity and clearance,the paper analyzed the load of the high speed spindle.By computation,the tapered roller bearing′s pre-tighten force range has be given.By adjustment the pad′s thickness,eliminated the problem of clearance too small because of the neck dimension of the spindle large than the tolerance grade.
