水泥深层搅拌法在水库软基加固中的应用

水库大坝软基处理是一项非常重要内容,为加固坝基,获取水泥深层搅拌法大坝软基加固处理中的有关参数,进行了试验研究。以扶风县信邑沟水库为例,采用14排Φ50 mm厚5.7 m深9.25 m的格栅状重力式挡墙,替代原设计方案的两排直径1.0 m,厚1.9 m,深16 m(伸入原坝坡8 m)的连续壁状式挡墙等方案,进行了室内配合比试验及现场成桩试验。提出了将原设计方案的水泥浆搅拌改为水泥粉搅拌,使信邑沟水库坝基承载能力达到了设计要求。水泥土搅拌法处理软土地基工程技术以其施工简单、速度快、施工效率高等优点在处理软土地基时被广泛应用。
