| 摘 要： | 氟化钠是一种大宗无机氟化盐产品,用途广泛,其生产工艺方法主要有:熔浸法、中和法、离子交换法、磷肥副产物法。对国内生产氟化钠产品工艺方法进行阐述评价,重点阐述了磷肥副产物(氟硅酸、氟硅酸钠)为原料生产氟化钠工艺技术方法。以磷肥副产物氟硅酸钠为原料,生产中通过控制反应温度、二氧化碳逸出率,使反应料浆中氟化钠晶体粗大、二氧化硅晶体呈絮状,利用氟化钠晶体与二氧化硅密度差,分离氟化钠晶体与二氧化硅的工艺方法,得到氟化钠产品纯度高,工艺操作简单,系制备氟化钠有效途径。

| Abstract: | Sodium fluoride is a widely used inorganic fluoride bulk products. Its production processes include: melting leaching, neutralization, ion exchanging, phosphate by-product.
