基于感应滤波的大功率整流系统原理分析及综合节能设计

摘    要:针对现有大功率工业晶闸管整流系统谐波污染严重和损耗大的现状,提出了一种基于感应滤波的新型绿色节能直流供电系统。该直流系统以新型整流变压器为核心,通过滤波绕组及外接LC全调谐支路构成谐波抑制回路,实现就近的谐波抑制和无功功率补偿。不同于传统的无源和有源滤波技术,该滤波方案能大大降低变压器铁心的谐波磁通,具有良好的滤波和节能效果。本文在滤波原理分析的基础上,从综合节能的角度,在系统及其关键部件的节能设计、谐波就近抑制节能以及无功功率就近补偿节能三个方面对新型直流供电系统的节能进行综合设计和分析。工程实例证明了其具有良好的谐波抑制和节能效果。

Abstract:To solve the problems of serious harmonic contamination and large losses of the existing industry thyristor rectifier system,a green and energy saving DC power supply system based on inductive filtering technology is presented.Based on the new rectifier transformer,the new DC power supply system reaches the goal that harmonic suppression nearby harmonic sources and reactive power compensation by the harmonic suppression circuit constructed by filtering windings and LC full-tuned filters.Different from the traditional reactive and active filtering technology,the new inductive filtering method has the special function that effectively suppress the harmonic flux of transformer core.Then,based on the principle analysis of harmonic suppression,from the point of the energy saving,the energy savings of the DC power supply system are synthesis designed and analyzed on the following aspects: energy saving design of the system and critical equipments,energy savings of harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation nearby the harmonic sources.Finally,the practical testing results show its unique superiority in harmonic suppression and energy savings.
