航空发动机状态监测系统设计研究

摘    要:以某型航空发动机为研究对象,讨论了发动机状态监测系统的设计和实现,主要探讨了状态监测系统的总体设计,软硬件开发及自检系统和冗余设计,并在发动机状态监测系统的设计中引入了嵌入式PC/104模块。为了使状态监测系统具有更好的扩展性和适应性,将系统设计成可以在三种方式下工作:机载运行方式、数据回放方式和地面试车方式,通过这些方式对发动机状态参数进行自动监测,为发动机的状态趋势分析、故障诊断和视情维修提供科学的依据。

Abstract:The research object is a certain aeroengine,the design and realization of the engine state monitoring system are discussed.The macro-design, development of the hardware and software, self-examination and redundancy design are investigated,and the PC/104 embedded module to the design of engine state monitor system is introduced. In order to make the system have the better expansibility and adaptability, the system works in three modes:airborn mode, data-recurring mode, ground-running mode. Through the modes, the system can auto-monitor the engine state parameter and provide scientific testimony for the analyses of the state trend, failure diagnosis and servicing.
