摘    要:介绍了以氯乙酸钠和三甲胺为原料合成三甲铵乙内酯(甜菜碱)的方法,以室温为起始反应温度反应0.5h,然后分别于50℃~55℃和80℃~85℃反应1h,以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为反应液的分离提纯物质。其收率超过97%,产品纯度达到98.5%。该法具有操作简便、反应时间短、反应条件温和、产品纯度高等优点。

Abstract:The method for synthesizing betaine with sodium monochloroacetic acid and trimethylamine as raw materials was introduced.At first,they reacted for half an hour at room temperature,then at 50℃~55℃ for an hour and at 80℃~85℃ for an hour,last betaine was separated from aqueous solution by strong acid inoexchange resin.The yield was over 97% and the purity could reach 98.5%.This method had the advantages of simple procedure,short reaction time,mild reaction conditions,high product purity and etc.
