| Abstract: | The requirements and methods of aseismatic design on steel frame in American specification are introduced. Reduced beam section frame joints are emphatically introduced. Based on a project design, the author also gives the calculation of beams, columns and joints of steel frame. It can be referred to steel frame design in China. |
