摘    要:采取对再生集料表面处理,或在再生混凝土体系中加入高效减水剂和磨细粉煤灰等措施,极大地改善了再生混凝土的工作性能。实验结果表明:再生集料表面经聚合物溶液和MS高效防水剂处理后,能明显提高再生混凝土拌合物的流动性.但粘聚性与保水性要比表面没有处理的集料所配制的混凝土稍差。在再生混凝土配料中加入高效减水剂和磨细粉煤灰.可显著提高新拌再生混凝土的流动性,即使全部采用再生集料,再生混凝土的坍落度仍然可迭到158mm,且粘聚性和保水性都好于由天然碎石配制的混凝土。

Abstract:The measures of the surface treated for recycled aggregate (RA),or incorporating high effect water reducer and ground fly ash (GFA) in regenerated concrete (RC) were taken,the workability of RC could be remarkable improved.The results show that RA surface dealt with polymer or MS high effect waterproof agent,the fluidity of fresh RC is obvious improved,but its cohesiveness and performance of maintaining water are weaker than that of RA surface no treated.Incorporating high effect water reducer and GFA in RC,the fluidity of fresh RC is greatly improved.Even though RC mixture using full RA,the slump of RC can also obtain 158mm.The cohesiveness and performance of maintaining water of the fresh RC is better than that of concrete mixed with natural gravel.
