淀粉接枝型吸水树脂反相胶乳固砂性能研究

摘    要:以玉米淀粉、丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化胺(DADMAC)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,通过反相乳液聚合,合成了淀粉接枝型吸水树脂反相胶乳,通过室内模拟防砂试验发现,所合成的淀粉接枝型吸水树脂反相胶乳具有良好的固砂和防砂性能,其防砂和固砂性能优于目前所使用的酚醛树脂固砂防砂剂。

Abstract:A graft copolymer was synthesized by copolymerization of cornstarch with diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride(DADMAC) and acrylamide(AM).The copolymerization was carried out using ammonium vitriol initiator inverse emulsion.The graft copolymerization was synthesized by ininverse emulsion.The experiments show that ininverse emulsion of graft copolymerization have nicer capability of sand control and consolidating.The capability of sand control and consolidating is better than hydroxybenzene aldehyde resin.
