隔声理论在YC6108G型柴油机上的应用

摘    要:本文应用一维弹性波理论分析隔声装置的隔声特性,并将其应用于内燃机表面辐射噪声屏蔽设计效果的预测。根据理论计算,加装内部粘贴有吸声材料的隔声装置后,YC6108G型柴油机油底壳表面辐射声功率级有很大的降低,总的辐射声功率级大约可从110.3dB(A)降到101.6dB(A),降低了8.7dB(A)。

Abstract:This paper mainly applies one dimensional elastic wave theory to analyze insulated property of insulated equipment. We apply the theory to the effect prediction of the design of enclosing the radiated noise of the surface of internal combustion engine. According to calculation, when equipped with the insulated equipment with porous noise absorbing material, the total sound radiated power level of the sump of model YC6108 diesel engine will reduce form 110.3 dB(A)to 101.6 dB(A). Eight point seven dB(A)is reduced.
