复杂曲面汽车车身设计可视化开发环境研究

摘    要:针对复杂曲面汽车车身设计的特点提出开发可视化设计环境的设想。在使设计师充分掌握、便捷使用有关信息的原则下,提出建立虚拟基础车身几何模型和动力学分析模型数据库,以及对CAD/CAE统一的数据管理和信息交流的开发环境。设计了有关模块的功能,属性分配,并推出以信息管理中侧重相似类比的方法,可实现复杂曲面汽车车身的几何建模和动力学分析的结合,促进设计敏捷化。

Abstract:This paper presents the consideration about a virtual environment for design of automobile body with complicated surfaces. The integrated data management and information exchange environment for CAD/CAE have been suggested,which are supported by the databases consisting of the accurate virtual geometric models and the dynamics models for a basic automobile body. The environment can make the designer use the information fully and easily. The functions, relationships and characteristics of the database component have been given.For easily comparing the correspondent dynamics characteristics between the old model with updated one,a special design of the data management is completed and the agile design is realized.
