| 摘 要： | 运用感应电动势法(EMF)对准光栅格阵列进行分析,给出了平面栅格的等效电路模型。结合有源器件的等效电路模型,采用节点分析法对栅格的完整等效电路模型求解环路增益。在Win95平台下,编制了平面栅格振荡器阵列的辅助设计程序,设计计算结果与国外文献报道吻合得较好。

| Abstract: | The equivalent circuit model of planar grid is obtained based on the analysis of quasioptical grid arrays using EMF method. The complete transmission line circuit model of the planar grid oscillator arrays is analyzed using the equivalent circuit model of the active device. The loop-gain is obtained by node-analysis method. A developed software is on the platform of Windows 95. for designing planar grid oscillator arrays. The results come out to be a good agreement with theoretical analysis and reports from home and foreign documents. |
