摘    要:介绍了超临界流体快速膨胀过程的主要特征,对超临界流体快速膨胀过程及用于微细颗粒制备的研究进行了综述,评析了文献对RESS过程制备微细颗粒的影响因素和对RESS过程机理模型的研究,阐述了RESS过程在不同体系下的应用研究。
