| 摘 要： | 目的:建立用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定甲磺酸罗哌卡因中2,6二甲基苯胺的含量。方法:色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5um),流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈(380∶620),检测波长为234nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱温35℃。结果:2,6二甲基苯胺质量浓度在0.025~0.12μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999)。结论:HPLC法简单、准确、重现性好、专属性强,能够检测甲磺酸罗哌卡因中2,6二甲基苯胺的含量。

| Abstract: | Purpose： To establish a method for the determination of 2,6- dimethylaniline in Ropivacaine Mesylate by HPLC. Method： The HPLC consisted of Phenomenex C 18 column （ 250 mm× 4.6 mm,5μ m ）, Acetonitrile-phosphate buffer （620 ： 380 ） mixture as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength at 234 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Result： The linear range was good in the range of 0.025 - 0.12 μ g/mL （r=0.999）.Conclusion： The HPLC method was simple and accurate.h fit the content determination of 2,6-dimethylaniline in ropivacaine mesylate . |
