衡水火电厂网控计算机监控系统设计

摘    要:结合工程实际,就火电厂网控计算机监控系统总体方案进行了分析,提出了利用原有数据采 集单元RTU,并 设置专门的当地数据终端LTU的方案,简述了系统结构、硬件 配置、系统主要功能及主要技术指标。该系统 集电气量采集、与保护屏通信、与热工控制系 统通信为一体,可监视升压站及各机组的运行状况,并能与电 厂MIS联网。

Abstract:Combined with project practice. the generay plan of power plant step-up substation cornputer supervisory controlsystem is analyzed in this paper. It proposes a schedule. which makes use of the criginal RTU and configurates special localdata turminal unit (LTU). and describes the system construction, hardware configuration. system main function and maintechnical index. This system has the function of electric value collection. protection panel communication and thermalautomation system. The system can supervise the operation situation of switchyard and can be connected to the MIS of powerplant.
