冷弯残余应力场研究

摘    要:冷弯加工过程可分解为加载 (塑性变形 )和卸载 (回弹 )两个过程。依次分析每个过程的应力场 ,利用弹塑性理论求得弯曲过程中应力场的理论解 ;再运用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对回弹过程进行模拟 ,得出回弹应力场。最后将两个过程中产生的应力场相迭加 ,得到弯板中的冷弯残余应力分布。

Abstract:The cold-formed process of a member is divided into two stages:the loading(or member's plastic deformation)stage and the unloading(or elastic restoration)stage.The stress field in the member is analyzed one by one.The theoretical solution of the stress field for the bending stage is obtained based on the theory of elastoplasticity,then use the ANSYS-finite element analysis software to imitate the unloading stage to obtain the stress field for the unloading stage.The sums,achieved by adding the stress fields of the two stages are just the distribution of cold-formed residual stresses of the bended plate.
