钢丝架聚苯板混凝土结构外墙外保温施工关键技术与控制措施

本文结合群升国际B地块的工程实践,通过对施工过程中导致质量问题的因素进行调查分析,探讨钢丝架聚苯板混凝土结构外墙外保温施工中的关键技术及其产生质量缺陷的主要原因。结果表明:板间拼缝处理不妥当、固定件不合理、混凝土浇捣时不规范是导致凹槽板漏浆的主要原因。针对以上原因,本文提出了相应的防止凹槽板漏浆控制措施,并取得良好的施工效果。

Key construction technology and control measure of concrete wall heat preservation with steel meshwork polystyrene concavo-convex board

Combining with the practical project of the B parcel of QUNSHENG international uptown,this article introduces the key construction technology and reason of quality defects.The result showed:unreasonable plate joint,unreasonable faxed facilities and concrete pouring are main reason of mrtar leakage.Acording to the reasons,some quality control measures of steel meshwork polystyrene concavo-convex board were advised and uesd in the engineering. Good conctruction results were achieved in the end.
