基于多体动力学的整车燃油经济性仿真

摘    要:利用多体系统动力学理论建立了汽车的整车动力学模型。该模型包括汽车车身、滑块和导向臂三个刚体。经过仿真验证,发现本文建立的多体模型是正确的,它能够反映出汽车在起步、加速、制动工况下车身姿态的动态变化。随后,基于已经建立的整车模型针对5种道路循环工况进行了整车燃油经济性仿真,分析了多体模型中悬架刚度、车身转动惯量、轴距、质心高度这四个参数对整车燃油经济性的影响规律。

Abstract:Multi-rigid body model of car is built based on the multi rigid body theory.This model is composed of three rigid body-car body,sliding block and guide arm.This'multi rigid body model is validated through simulation.The model can reflect the dynamic position of the car body in the condition of starting,accelerating and braking.Then the fuel economy of five driving circles is simulated based on the established car model,and the effect of the suspension stiffness, moment of inertia of the car body,wheelbase and height of mass center of the vehicle to fuel economy are analyzed in a certain driving cycle.
