基于非正弦供电多相感应电机低速下V/f控制研究

摘    要:针对多相感应电机低速下转矩脉动大、带载能力差的问题,分析了多相集中整距绕组感应电机采取非正弦供电策略时,死区效应、定子电阻压降以及漏抗压降对电机性能的影响,提出了非正弦供电下基于定子电压定向的多相感应电机低速补偿V/f控制策略.在传统的V/f控制基础上,对定子电阻和漏抗压降进行补偿以使电机磁链幅值保持恒定,同时对滑差和死区进行补偿,以改善系统的低速性能.实验结果证明,采用该方法,多相电机在低速下能获得良好的动态性能和带载起动能力.
