鼠笼式异步电动机转子断条数目判据研究

摘    要:转子导条断裂是鼠笼式异步电动机的常见故障之一.本文通过分析定子电流边频分量的产生机理,采用定子电流时域信号加汉明窗的方法,减小主瓣能量泄露,突出边频分量,改进了诊断转子断条数目的判据.仿真结果表明断条数目诊断的准确性得到一定程度的提高.

Abstract:Broken rotor bar is one of the common faults in squirrel cage asynchronous motor.The paper analyzed the generating principium of fringe frequency component in stator current,adopted the Hamming window method in time-field signal to reduce fundamental wave energy leak and to raise fault feature,and then improved a criterion to estimate the broken bars number.Simulation result shows that diagnostic accuracy of broken bar number has been improved.
