摘    要:大学人才培养模式受到社会政治、经济、文化、受教育者个性需求等因素的制约。当前我国高校的人才培养模式存在诸多问题,需要进一步加以改革和创新。

Abstract:Political,economic,cultural,educated individual needs and other factors all have their effects on the mode of personnel trainings.Nowadays,the method of personnel trainings in the college is to be in question.Some more steps should be taken to reform and innovate it.
