摘    要:采用微弧氧化工艺对6061铝合金手柄表面进行处理,研究了电解液的成分及浓度、微弧氧化电参数对氧化膜耐磨性和颜色的影响.结果表明:随着氧化时间和电流密度的增加,膜层与基体的结合强度增大,但电流密度过大会烧蚀膜层;在电解液中添加KMnO_4可以获得黑色陶瓷膜,添加Na_2 WO_4可制备黄色陶瓷膜;改变电解液成分及浓度、微...

Abstract:The surface of handle of 6061 aluminum alloy was treated through micro-arc oxidation.The component and the concentration of the electrolyte solution,MAO electronic parameters on the wear resistance and color of the ceramic film were studied.The result shows that with the increasing of oxidation time,the bond strength between the film and the substrate also increases;When the current density is improved,the bond strength increases,but the film will ablate as the current density is too large.Black ceramic fil...
