Abstract:At first,kaolin was modified by using dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO).PET/kaolin composite microspheres were produced with polymer network gel method.IPN/ PET/kaolin composite film uniform distribution micro-sized convex hull/pit were prepared by improved evaporation-induced self-assembly(EISA) process.The influence on the friction factor and Ra of the self-assembled film by average diameter of composite microspheres,ultrasonic power,reac-tion temperature were researched by orthogonal experiment method.Coefficient...
