主配网调控一体化图形平台设计

摘    要:针对电网运行管理主配网调控一体化建设的需要,文中提出了一体化运行管理图形平台的设计方案。采用公共信息模型和可缩放矢量图形文件格式将电网主网图形和配网图形对接并导入同一电网图形平台,利用电网一体化建模、图库一体化、数据传输一体化和五防一体化技术实现了一体化图形管理、运行方式实时监控与管理、调度日常管理、系统操作模拟的安全校核、运行方式辅助分析等五大功能模块,解决了以往主配网管理相互独立的弊端,为主配网调控一体化管理提供了保障。

Abstract:For the integrated scheduling-control construction of main and distribution network in the operation and management of power grid,the paper has proposed a designing scheme of integrated operation-management graphics platform.Common information model and scalable vector graphics format are used to complete docking between main network graphic and distribution network graphic of power gird,and then to import them to the same graphic platform.By using the technology of integrated modeling of power gird topology,graph-database integration,data transmission integration and misoperation-proof lockout integration,the platform implements the function including integrated graph management,operation mode real-time monitoring and management,dispatching daily management,security correction based on operation simulations and operation mode aid-analysis.Therefore,the previous drawbacks of mutual independence in the management of main and distribution networks can be resolved,which will provide the guarantee for the integration management of main and distribution network.
