| 摘 要： | 车牌识别是现代智能交通系统中的重要组成部分之一,其应用范围十分广泛。对车牌定位方法进行了初步研究,以模式识别、数字图像处理、计算机视觉技术为基础,使用M atlab软件对图像预处理、边缘检测等算法进行了必要的仿真实验,获取了车牌区域。对摄像机拍摄车辆的图像进行分析处理可以得到汽车的车牌号码,从而完成整个识别过程。

| Abstract: | Vehicle License Plate Recognition is one of important part in a modern intelligent transportation system. The main research of this article is the method of Vehicle License Plate Recognition. It was based on the pattern recognition, digital image processing, computer vision technology etc. We do the necessary simulation experiments of the algorithm of pre-processing and edge-detected of images by using Matlab. It can analysis the vehicle images to get each car license plate numbers, and thus comple recognition process. |
