| 摘 要： | 讨论了数据库技术在地理空间信息处理中的应用现状和应用前景;在分析面向对象方法的基础上,指出体现关系模型和面向对象思想相结合的对象关系模型可能是目前最好的解决方案;介绍了目前数据库技术领域所面临的两个挑战,即不确定性和时空数据处理。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the application status of database technology in geographic space information processing and the application prospect. In the analysis of based on the object-oriented method, we point out that the object relational model which combines relation model and object-oriented idea may be the best solution. This paper introduces two challenges in current database technology field,namely uncertainty and space time data processing. |
