扁挤压筒受力的光弹实验研究

摘    要:通过光弹试验的方法对扁挤压筒在过盈装配及加载的状态下内部应力分布进行了分析 ,并获得扁挤压筒在装配后及加载时的内部应力分布和最大等效应力的变化规律。将分析结果与应用有限元法对扁挤压筒的内部应力分布的计算结果进行对照 ,表明有限元计算的结果与光弹实验的分析结果基本一致。

Abstract:Because the current multi layer flat container is working under high and complex stresses state, it is easy to break and its life is short. In order to solve this problem, the FEM is applied to analyze the multi layer flat container in another paper. The photoelastic test was applied to study this problem in this paper. On the basis of this study, it shows that the results gained from different ways are very similar, and the result gained from FEM method is true.
