| 摘 要： | 综述了天然彩色棉的色素不稳定性,指出其不稳定性质决定了前处理的工艺条件。天然彩棉用生物酶进行前处理优于传统的烧碱前处理,手感柔软,纤维强度损失小,并具有不污染环境、作业环境安全、能耗低,可降低污水处理负荷和加工成本的优点。有9篇参考文献。

| Abstract: | Unstability of coloring material on naturally colored cotton was summarized, upon which the dyeing and finishing pretreatment conditions were decided. Bio-enzyme pretreatment of naturally colored cotton was better than conventional caustic soda pretreatment, and had many advantages of soft handling, less strength losses, non-pollution, safe; low energy consume, less wastwater and low cost. |
