基于ANSYS的深沟球轴承接触应力有限元分析

摘    要:通过讨论轴承接触问题的性质,分析了深沟球轴承接触应力的计算方法,利用APDL参数化语言建立深沟球轴承有限元模型,通过接触边界条件的处理,得到深沟球轴承内、外圈及滚动体的接触应力,仿真计算结果与赫兹理论解较好的吻合,表明有限元模型建立的正确性和边界条件施加的合理性,为滚动轴承的设计优化提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The property of contact problem of bearings is discussed and the calculating method of contact stress of deep groove ball bearing is analyzed in this paper.The 3Dfinite element model of deep groove ball bearing was set up according to APDL language embedded in ANSYS.Contact stress of inner and outer ring was obtained through the management of con-tact boundary conditions.Furthermore,the computational values are consistent with Hertz values.The results show that the model and boundary condition are correct and rational.Which have provided a guide for the design and optimization of rolling bearing.
