早强灌浆干粉砂浆试验研究

摘    要:通过正交试验研究了水灰比、矿渣微粉、外加剂掺量对干粉砂浆性能影响.结果表明:内掺8%矿渣微粉的砂浆流动性好、强度高,1 d抗压强度达30 MPa,流动度可达250 mm,无泌水现象.该早强灌浆砂浆特别适用于注浆加固、紧急抢修工程,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:The effects of the different content of water-cement ratio,micro-slag power,admixture on the dry-mixed mortar are studied according to orthogonal experiment.The results showed that it has the characteristics of high fluidity and high strength with 8 percent of micro-slag power.The compressive strength of 1 d is up to 30 MPa.And its fluidity is up to 250 mm.It has no bleeding phenomenon.Therefore the super-high mortar studied is mainly used for casting reinforcement and rush repairing engineering.It has grea...
